# Allow partners to create customers manually

Partnero offers a feature that lets your partners manually create customers from their partner portals. This can be useful if, for example, the partner forgot to share their link or the customer forgot to use it when signing up.

This setting can be enabled for each partner individually or on a program level. We recommend enabling it only for trusted, close-relationship partners.
