# Program settings change history

See who changed a program setting, when, and what the value was before and after. Every edit made on the program edit page is logged automatically.

### Where to find it

To view the change history:

1. Go to **Settings** > **Program**, then scroll down to the **Program details** card.

2. You'll see a modal showing every change made on the program, along with the team member, timestamp, and before/after values.
