Managing Leads

Once leads are submitted, you can manage them in Leads section:
  1. Review—See lead details and custom field responses
  2. Convert—Mark as converted when the lead becomes a customer
  3. Reject—Mark as rejected if the lead doesn’t qualify
Partners only receive commission when leads are marked as converted. Make sure to update lead status promptly.

Best Practices

Use the description and additional section to clearly explain:
  • What qualifies as a good lead
  • What information is needed
  • When and how partners will be rewarded
Only ask for information you actually need:
  • Too many fields = fewer submissions
  • Too few fields = lower quality leads
Offer attractive commissions for converted leads:
  • Consider the lifetime value of a customer
  • Higher commissions = more motivated partners
Process submitted leads quickly:
  • Leads go cold fast
  • Partners appreciate prompt status updates

Frequently Asked Questions

Both. The lead submission page works as a standalone page accessible to anyone with the link. However, registered partners can also submit leads from within the partner portal, which automatically attributes the lead to their account.
Partners earn commission only when you mark a lead as “converted” in your dashboard. This gives you full control over lead qualification and ensures partners are rewarded for quality leads that become actual customers.
Yes. You can configure custom commission structures specifically for converted leads—either a percentage of the deal value or a fixed amount per converted lead. This can be different from your standard affiliate commission.
You can collect any information you need using custom fields: text inputs, textareas, checkboxes, radio buttons, dropdowns, and country selectors. Built-in fields include name and email.
