Access payout analytics
To access payout analytics:- In your program, navigate to Payouts under Finances.
- Switch to the Analytics tab:

Period selection
Metrics can be filtered by:- Preset periods – Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last month, Last 6 months, Last 12 months, Year to date, All time, etc.
- Custom range – Any start and end date.

Cash position
Shows your program’s current available funds and commitments, helping you quickly assess whether you have sufficient cash to cover upcoming payouts.
- Are marked as rewardable
- Have not been paid yet
- Are not in review period
- Are not part of any payout request
- Are in the review period, or
- Are not yet rewardable (e.g., still meeting program conditions)
Payout flow
This section shows how payout requests and paid rewards change over time, giving you a view of reward activity. It helps you spot trends in when partners request payouts and when payments are processed, so you can better understand payout patterns and plan cash flow.
- Have available balance (unrequested rewards)
- Meet the program’s payout thresholds (minimum amount, referred clients, etc.)
Partner activity Highlights how actively partners are earning and requesting payouts, average payout amounts, and share, helping you understand engagement levels and identify partners who may need encouragement or support.

Unclaimed balance by age Breaks down unpaid rewards by how long they’ve been outstanding, allowing you to identify stale payouts and take action to clear them efficiently.

- 0–30 days – Rewards earned in the last 30 days
- 30–60 days – Rewards earned 30–60 days ago
- 60–90 days – Rewards earned 60–90 days ago
- 90+ days – Rewards earned more than 90 days ago
- Amount – Sum of available balance per bucket and currency
- Share – Percentage of total available balance in that bucket
- Partners – Number of distinct partners with balance in that bucket
Top partners share
Shows which partners are driving the most revenue, helping you prioritize high-performing affiliates for recognition, incentives, or targeted communication.
